About the role
Build and optimize performance-critical trading infrastructure using modern C++, Linux internals, and networking. Own systems from design through measurement and optimization, collaborating directly with traders, quants, researchers, and trading desks. Requires strong production experience with modern C++ (17 or later), deep systems programming and networking fundamentals, and a track record of low-latency performance optimization. A solid Linux and multithreaded programming background is required; HFT experience, Python, FPGA, hardware acceleration, or competitive programming experience are advantageous.
