Head of Engineering: Options Trading

About the role

Lead and grow a team of approximately seven engineers while owning and evolving Keyrock’s Rust-native systematic options trading platform. Set technical direction for trading infrastructure, quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls, and production reliability, partnering closely with trading, quant, product, risk, and infrastructure teams. Requires at least seven years of experience in systematic trading, options market-making, or low-latency trading systems, with hands-on experience in Rust, C++, or C and strong knowledge of algorithmic options trading. Candidates should also bring experience with production trading systems, SQL databases, distributed systems, testing, and technical leadership; crypto exchange connectivity or FPGA experience is strongly preferred.
