Senior FPGA / RTL Engineer – Quantitative Trading

About the role

Own FPGA designs across the development lifecycle, from architecture and RTL implementation through verification and deployment. Develop and optimize low-latency hardware systems for data processing, networking, market-data pipelines, and execution infrastructure. Candidates should have experience designing complex digital systems and taking ownership of FPGA designs through architecture, implementation, verification, and deployment. Experience in high-frequency trading, proprietary trading, or quantitative finance is of particular interest, though engineers from adjacent sectors with strong FPGA architecture and low-latency hardware expertise are also welcome.
