About the role
Design, deploy, and maintain ultra-low-latency network connectivity for global trading venues, optimizing routing, Linux networking, and data center links. Measure and reduce latency, packet loss, and jitter; automate monitoring and configuration; and collaborate with trading, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, resilient connectivity. Requires at least three years in a network engineering, infrastructure, or SRE role focused on performance and reliability, with practical expertise in low-latency networks, TCP/IP, BGP, Linux tuning, packet analysis, and data center connectivity. Candidates should have demonstrated latency or jitter improvements, network automation experience, and a security-first approach; HFT, exchange connectivity, kernel bypass, and FPGA experience are advantageous.
