Head of Engineering: Options Trading

About the role

Lead and grow the Options Engineering team while owning and evolving Keyrock’s Rust-native systematic options trading platform. Set technical direction and improve trading infrastructure, including quoting, execution, pricing workflows, risk controls, performance, and production reliability, in close partnership with trading, quant, product, risk, and infrastructure teams. Requires at least 7 years of experience in systematic trading, options market-making, or low-latency trading systems, with hands-on experience in options trading workflows and Rust, C++, or C. Candidates should also bring experience with production SQL databases, distributed systems, testing and validation, and strong technical and people leadership; crypto exchange connectivity or FPGA experience is strongly preferred.
