About the role
Design, develop, and optimize high-performance C++ systems for trading, market data, and infrastructure, improving latency across CPU, memory, cache, and networking layers. Build reliable real-time distributed components, collaborate with hardware, networking, and FPGA teams, and profile and troubleshoot production performance bottlenecks. Requires at least three years of professional experience developing performance-critical software in modern C++ (C++17 or newer), along with strong systems programming and low-level architecture knowledge. Candidates should understand memory management, CPU and cache behavior, concurrency, Linux performance tuning, networking, and performance profiling.
