Lead Software Engineering - C++ (Electronic Trading)

About the role

Lead the design, development, testing, and operation of low-latency C++ trading connectivity and risk management systems on Unix/Linux, integrating FPGA pipelines for deterministic performance. Drive production stability, latency and resiliency testing, automation, and responsible adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering practices while collaborating with hardware, application development, business analysis, and operations teams. Requires strong modern C++ skills on Unix/Linux, experience designing and operating production software, multithreading and object-oriented design fundamentals, TCP/IP knowledge, scripting ability, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. The role also requires technical leadership in approved AI-assisted development practices, including validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security; low-latency trading, FPGA, and exchange protocol experience are preferred.
