About the role
Lead and grow the Options Engineering team while driving continuous improvement of the Rust-native systematic options trading platform. Partner with trading, quant, and risk stakeholders to oversee automated quoting, execution, and production reliability. Requires 7+ years of experience in systematic trading or low-latency systems with strong proficiency in Rust, C++, or C. Must have deep knowledge of algorithmic options trading, risk controls, and distributed systems.
